More Background on this stunning collectors piece -
This is the Orc Wolf Rider from the World of Warcraft. The sculpture was made a while ago for Blizzard as a 10 year anniversary gift (for their employees). It was a collaborative project between myself and the talented Eden Small. Eden was responsible for creating the fearsome Wolf, while I focused on the imposing Orc. It was originally hand sculpted in an oil based clay, and it measured 38cm to the top of the Orc’s head. In 2009 the sculpture was scaled up and turned into a 12 foot tall bronze statue, which was erected outside Blizzard headquarters in California.
